Pros

I have worked at NHS GG&C for 5 years and I find the patients are very nice people.

Cons

The managers I work with are childish, incompetent, ignorant people. It appears their main gaol is to sicken and bully the staff as much as possible instead of encouraging them so that the patients receive the best of care. If you dare to disagree with them you are severely punished.

Non-profit mission means you can at least feel you're doing things for the good of the community

Toxic staff throughout the whole of the NHS really affect the environment and can make it a miserable place to work
