      Pros

      I interviewed for the ADR role at MuleSoft in July 2021, and was offered the position. I worked directly with recruiter Madeline Fowler, and immediately knew I was in great hands. Madeline was so attentive and sent me incredible resources to aid with the interview process. She was also more than willing to hop on calls to help me prepare. When I started, I had an incredible onboarding experience, kudos to Jennie Moderwell. MuleSoft does such an amazing job preparing you for success!

      The people are the best part of working at MuleSoft. Everybody works hard and works together.

      Cons

      MuleSoft is turning into Salesforce, which can drive a lot of people away. Salesforce (and MuleSoft by proxy) is becoming an ultra-woke culture where fear of public shaming and cancelation is rife.

      Cons

      75% of your success depends on which Account Executive you get paired up with. Managers can pair you with tough to work with Account Executives who will ruin your career progression. You also have weekly and monthy quotas so you cant take vacation and be successful at the same time.
