      Pros

      Great work environment, they cultivate amazing teams of smart and driven coworkers. Salesforce really provides of employees with every possible benefit, monthly wellness days and an amazing office. Great compensation and tons of opportunities to advance. They make sure you have a good work/life balance and want you to progress into another role.

      Cons

      ADR role obviously can be a challenge but they work so hard to support and uplift you and make sure everything is attainable.

      The values of Being Good Humans, Be Fearless, Own It, Make it Awesome are still alive. Still, a market leader in the integration space and continue to expand into adjacent patterns/technologies.

      Challenges with quickly scaling (processes, people, etc)

      Pros

      The people here are great to work with. The work is challenging, the customers are high-profile, and the opportunities to grow are abundant. The benefits were excellent, which would probably be the hardest thing to leave (if I ever wanted to) since they are such a huge plus for a large family.

      Cons

      Salesforce is really starting to get involved with MuleSoft's business. It's not all bad, but for a company with so much energy and such a history of excellence in execution, it can feel a little intrusive when people from the "mothership" start questioning how we do things.
