Old school mentality: no collaboration, no knowledge transfer or sharing, try to get as much money from the client but not care about quality or adding value Hierarchy imposed, no transparency or leadership: rule and order, no advice or leadership, boss is boss and rest should keep shut and follow. No mentoring observed hi New programmes to modernise the company are only a marketing campaign but nothing flows or is implemented in the teams No interest to listen to new experiences Developers go somewhere else where you will have better opportunities to learn and get good leaders
