      I wish there was any except Hybrid work.

      If you're confident in life and looking for a thrill, join Minsait. It felt like stepping back in time; everything here is old-school. People prefer to observe rather than help or collaborate, which leaves you feeling pitied and unsupported. Eventually, they'll blame you for everything, claiming your salary is too high. Essentially, they want labor, not an engaged employee. Transparency and honesty don’t apply here—communication feels like a crime. In fact, connecting with the President of Spain might be easier than reaching a Minsait colleague
