I’d worked for 3 years as Credit Analyst. You get 100% support and mentorship from senior management. Even though it has a hierarchical structure you kind if have a feeling of a flat organisation with access to leadership team. Filled with growing opportunities and competitive compensation and benefit package!
Working in Iran, has many limitations by default, but Middle East Bank made it a little bit more comfortable for its employees. Since it has more flexible working hours compared to the other Banks, and more competitive salary.
Cons
Working overtime, does not have impact on the salary, however we were told at first that we don't have this option to getting paid for overtime work, it feels bad to spend time for the undone tasks overtime.
