Pros

Wide range of exposure and investment onto employee. Chance to experience one of the most advance technology.

Cons

1. Unplanned push of AI-driven development for almost everything. LT thought that AI can solve everything quickly, efficiently, and accurately, which can be ridiculous. 2. KPI-based impact-only company, which care nothing but outcome and matrices only. Thought engineering work takes no time and iteration. 3. Politic and legacy processes pull the leg despite of having great talent and advance technology.

Cons

There isn't really a better culture here then AWS/Google. its all the same. Expect to work hard, there really isn't room for play.

Pros

Depending on the org one is in office politics can be avoided, but at the expense of growth

Cons

Career growth depends on one's "visibility" and less on performance.
