Pros
You learn a lot about how a big company does things properly. It is an inclusive environment and if they detect and issue they take actions to solve it. You have many opportunities to impact a large amount of customers, which makes your job more interesting.
Cons
Promotions schema is not completely fair, there was a number of persons that can be promoted by team. Sometimes it feels like EU offices are second class ones compared to the US ones.
