- Smart people to work with. Easily to find one or two co-workers are very smart and be able to learn from them. - A lot of opportunities to grow. Flexibility to start a new project here is higher. Be able to have opportunities to work on many new projects. And you can choose the project based on your interest as well. - Free food and snack. - Move fast. Less process to ship things after code complete. - Be able to work with good tech stack.

Cons

- Almost no work life balance in a few teams. 55hrs - 60 hrs per week is normal in these teams. - Peer pressure is more than other companies because people here work so hard and enjoy working extra hours every day
