High compensation Great internal infrastructure Impressive internal tooling to quickly build and iterate over product experiences.

Cons

Shift towards remote culture, for a company this big is a tremendous downside. The expectations are too high, and can be volatile based on how well the product is doing, perception on the team, overall direction and performance of the organization/company, etc. Have to invest a lot of time in perception and personal brand management.
