      Career opportunities with a fun company culture.

      Pros

      The benefits are fantastic (food, laundry, health insurance, onsite doctors etc) and the people are really friendly. There's a lot of energy buzzing around this campus. Projects are fun to work on and extremely influential. Even though the company is growing, you can still make an impact.

      Cons

      Corporate politics are creeping in as the company gets bigger. Some egos have been let in the door from big corporations.

      Pros

      Working alongside the brightest, talented, and nicest group of people in the world is a perk of itself. Huge emphasis on culture which makes the workplace more open and flat vs. hierarchical and political.

      Cons

      Pay not as competitive but other perks make up for a lot of this. Workload could be a bit overwhelming but most are self directed vs. people telling you what you need to do.
