      Pros

      Engineers have a lot of responsibility and opportunity for impact. People say, there isn't just low handing fruit, but you will be stepping on fruit on the ground. The culture is accepting and respectful.

      Cons

      It is and intense and demanding work environment. Many engineers work late into the night and there is an expectation that people will respond quickly, sometimes within minutes. If you don't pace yourself, you can burn out quickly.

      We appreciate your feedback. We hope that the focus on results creates flexibility in the way that you and others work. Some do use that flexibility to work outside of traditional office hours.       Pros

      -Flexibility. I could choose a project and a particular area that I wanted to contribute to. -Great team. A bunch of smart people on the team, including former Google, Apple folks. -Fast. By the end of my internship we had a product almost ready for shipping.

      Long commute from San Francisco, starting to become a bigger corporate entity, upward mobility isn't as clear or easy as it used to be
