      Pros

      I was one of few! I was paid to observe and report while I'd rather get mentally involved! I love to get involved in the brain-power decision making , but I like being a staff consultant to a leader who makes the final decision. In other words, I like being the brains behind the power that makes the final decision! I merely provide the simple and dry facts.

      Cons

      Well, it only paid an honorarium which didn't amount to much, but it was the prestige of having done the job that mattered.

      Pros

      Perks are mind-blowing - awesome food, and thoughtful benefits like laundry service and onsite acupuncture/clinic.

      Cons

      Frenetic pace, which isn't bad by itself. But PROCESS is a four letter word at Facebook, clearly moving fast and breaking things is considered the way to go. Sorry, but when a company hits 12,000 people you gotta add in at least a light layer of process and actually hold people accountable to follow it.
