      Pros

      It is a fast-paced company, innovation, the company is very open in terms of projects

      Cons

      Some business units do not have a good management; as everybody wants to work here, there can be a lot of backstabbing involved; "diversity" can be questionable, it is not always the case. HR sometimes does not listen to a lower-level employee, but an employee on a higher rank. You can earn a good salary, but spend most of your time at the company (lack of work-life balance).

      Pros

      *We have a very straight forward mission - to connect the world. Everyone knows it well, work is aligned to it and everyone is passionate about making it happen *the "amenities" really do make life easier so I can focus on getting things done *I feel like I can innovate everyday because we have SO much room to grow still *the campus has such a high energy that it makes the horrendous commute worth driving everyday

      *we have a lot of folks reinventing the wheel with tools and processes *our tools are behind where we should be for the age of our company *for the amount of internal transparency we have, at times it still feels like we are still very disconnected

      Moving fast, awesome culture, smart people, rooftop garden, manager training, sweet stop, and music around campus cafes.

      Cons

      Can't really pinpoint anything to complain about. I mean after all, we have amazing benefits!
