In such a toxic work culture, it's incredibly challenging for individuals with additional responsibilities to thrive. What’s the point of offering mental health sessions after disrupting someone's mental peace in the first place? Repeated layoffs under the guise of 'poor performance,' while continuously hiring new people just to see who is willing to work 12–15 hours a day, only adds to the instability and emotional strain.
