Meta (Facebook) - Compensation - Strong attempt at fair performance evaluations and enforcing positive social interactions - Excellent rewards for doing well

Cons

Facebook - Lots of moving changing parts, therefore a clunky, not well-oiled machine AR/VR and Oculus - Rapid growth in AR/VR and rapidly changing procedures are a little hectic - High legacy code tech debt due to low quality code written in a rush to get Oculus Go & Quest out the door - Unstable testing infrastructure and low commitment to improvement
