We used a lot of internal technologies that are not available outside of this company. Despite there are many open source equivalent technologies outside, the usage may be really different. You can spend years working with containers but be a completely Docker n00b. Depending on your team, you may find some teams where people are less cooperative and more competitive, behaving more as individuals than as a team which is not nice, at least for me.

The company changes direction constantly. They lack long-term focus.
