Pros
The company overall is great and offers exceptional benefits.
Cons
Lack of direction and poor management i.e. it was very apparent that leadership played favorites with certain employee's. Management encouraged employees to be passive aggressive towards one another. Leadership does not respect or reward hard working employee's, they promote their friends and pass on the people that deserve it. Employee's were also told that they were not allowed to talk to directors because they are too busy and did not want to be bothered by them.
