      -Facebook had an amazing culture of be creative, have impact, work with great people. You felt like you were a part of something great. -Great people for sure -Lots of 0 to 1 building work -Great food, great benefits

      -Leadership team flip flopped all the time -Data was "created" to tell whatever narrative Mark wanted to create -Leadership team is an echo chamber - no one challenges Mark at all
