Free food and some of the great colleagues. Great benefits and pay is quite high

Cons

Getting too big and political although the company acts as if there isn't. If you don't please the right people, it can go wrong to downhill very fast. Not what is used to be couple of years ago.

Facebook has an open communication environment . Besides there is a lot of work to be done on an everyday basis, if you are good at it, you will have a lot of possibilities to develop your career. also, perks are pretty good on the job.

Cons

The main constraint is bandwidth. Too much work to be done and limited headcount. Facebook is not the biggest company when it comes to headcount. However, everyday we have more work to be done.
