Working at Meta was a fulfilling experience for me. It really feels like that each employee there plays a huge contribution towards the company and it feels like its our company and we get to improve and succeed while making the company more successful. Being an account manager was great but the work ethic can sometimes become overwhelming which wasn't my favorite part but they compensate you well for it and the benefits are great!

Cons

Work life balance can be difficult to maintain but is possible. You really have to draw those lines and make sure you don't work a minute over. It can suck you in if you aren't mindful.
