+ Excellent work-life balance + Strong brand value on your CV (having a few years at META makes your applications stand out in the industry) + Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits

Cons

- Personal growth or salary increase can be significantly slower compared to other tech companies - The company's large size has led to increased politics, with too much focus on visibility rather than actual impact - Some teams may foster a stagnant culture where feedback isn’t always encouraged or valued: the sales org felt like that and this is one of the reason why I preferred to leave.
