Overworked and low pay

Pros

Stable company, cares about it reputation and the companies growth.

Cons

Management styles vary and if you are not lucky, get on the wrong team or under the wrong manager you may be doomed. The pay structure has recently changed making this huge company one of the lowest paying companies around for the same position anywhere else. I had gotten a promotion and due to the pay structure change received no increase in pay but I was working 3 times at hard. It is very difficult to move up, you really have to be impressive or be someone's favorite. Also, work life balance used to be a major point but not any longer just do what management wants and be quick about it.

Pros

Truly care about their clients and provide a conducive environment for success. Benefits are employer matching on 401k is decent.

Cons

Seem that management has forgotten about their employees and is only focused on stockholders. Company has consolidated all of its existing sales channels to then be sold to another firm. Lack of concern for their employee is the biggest con.

Unstable. Very unstable.

Pros

Good health benefits and able to telecommute when needed. You're able to work without too much micromanagement depending on your superior.

Cons

Unstable- not knowing if your position will exist in 6 months. Company is always changing and keeping its employees in the dark.
