      In the beginning, the pay was excellent. We weren't micromanaged and felt important.

      Cons

      The incentive program changed every year, for the worse. It was impossible to get days off/vacation requests, as we had to schedule them in December for the following year.

      Pros

      Good commradery, working together with others. Lead generations. Good location choices - central to home, etc. Flexibility in schedule - after training and placements.

      Cons

      Got stuck in Hauppauge when was promised another location. Provided too late. Training schedule is all over the place, so if you live far from the office, it's hard to not go often to office if you want that training. Easy to miss clients, too.
