Pros

Good working environment and support. Freedom of setting your own work hours. good amount of leads are provided.

Cons

The medical benefits are very expensive and is almost unaffordable for new hires with less they can make what 5+ year veterans are making. Underwriting is painfully slow for the new hires.

Pros

Opportunity to gain different types of experience

Cons

Lot's of change, management top heavy. Senior management wants something done in x time no matter what the cost and then only a small part of it is deliveried. Sr management does not listen to what can realistically be done in a given time, so people go with what they want understanding very rarely things go according to plan.
