Pros

Great company, great brand, and great products. Local support is good. Training and resources are abundant. Benefits are great and the retirement and matching 401K are excellent. Compensation is very competitive and the people are great to work with.

Cons

Customer service is very poor and often causes more problems than they fix. If you don't need all of the benefits and services they provide advisors you will still have to pay for them in the form of giving up part of your commission. IT is behind and needs improving.

Even though the company provides ongoing education, they require you to be so busy, it is difficult to receive any of the training. They are solely focused on "numbers" and don't care about their clients.
