Pros

All in all, comp is competitive, work flexible (although lots of it) They work them to death, but treat officers well culture of company is strong (with history) so easy to feel like part of something "bigger"

Cons

late to game on offshoring/outsourcing and now too aggressive in some cases. Don't appreciate people who have an opinion, those who hide in nice powerpoints, always smile and get nothing done seem to perpetuate.

Pros

pay, co-workers, talking to a wide array of people from all over the country

Cons

bad training, bad upper management-no experience in sales or its been 20 years since sold-was told by my manager she couldn't actually do my job, only a few good supervisors, things always changing with no notice, unrealistic expectation of sales people, schedule

Pros

Great, global brand. Smart people. Good work/life balance. Good experience in the field that I am currently in. Overall, pretty OK experience.

Cons

Not a lot of direction from upper management about the future of the company. With SIFI looming, lot of employees are anxious to hear from executive group more regularly about implications on ML.
