      Great Place to work with great work from home benefits, and flexiable environment. You'll meet great people. Great place to balance family and work. Management is understanding and encourages a laid back atmosphere.

      Cons

      Difficult to obtain a promotion, and you can be in the same role for a long time. There are people who leave and come back after 10 yrs into a higher role such as Director.
