Pros

-Recognition of hard work and experience leading to promotions -Opportunities to work on unique projects week to week - Some of the friendliest colleagues I've worked with - Great experience in terms of onboard (by Ryan P), and throughout the journey so far

Cons

- Can be easy to get lost in a big company - sometimes can seem un-coordinated behind the scenes but this is normal for a big company

Pros

WFH, benefits, and PTO balance provided

Cons

You are rushed through training with minimal support. You are constantly taking calls back to back which there is no time for meetings, huddles, or anything else that would help you grow within the company.
