      Company will provide you complete freedom to learn new technology and showcase POC and also provide you opportunity to implement in real project, since MetLife only develop software for internal use so review and approval process is very short. Good Work Life Balance. For Junior developers Transportation is big concern. Company provide Free Cab facility. Consistent winner of Best place of Work. I have seen people working from 20 years in same company here in MetLife. Very decent annual hikes.
