A great balance of choose your own adventure / as much as you want to be involved in. - Colleagues are very supportive of one another, recognize that everyone's moving at a quick pace and have one another's backs if things drop or someone needs a hand. +Market - Merge was early to the space and has set the gold standard for Unified APIs.
