Really motivated team that comes together to tackle some really challenging problems. Merge is the leader and pioneer of the Unified APIs category which makes everything we work on new and breaking ground.

Cons

5 days a week in person culture. We love it but can be a con for some (probably not a great fit if you can't commit to either our SF or NY office)

Founders are so immature they’re hurting their business. It’s actually unreal. No growth except for their favorites. Bad work environment.
