After seeing the turbulence of the tech industry, I was very specific about the type of place I wanted to take my career. I wanted to be surrounded with highly intelligent and hyper ambitious people that will stop at nothing to be successful. After thorough research, I was so lucky I found Merge! Merge is not for the faint of heart, it's hard work to be great and that's what we're aiming for. It's not for everyone, and that's okay too -- but there's a reason many startups fail and the best ones succeed, and that's because they work hard and are focused on winning their space. Merge is rarified air -- it will offer you a once in a career experience that will give you exposure and impact that is hard to find. I find the work that is expected will stretch you, but is hugely satisfying. I love seeing how my work is critical to the company's growth. Personally, I wouldn't have it any other way.
Cons
I would recommend some more support on the daily things that employees may need. More benefits to support our lifestyles as we all push ourselves both personally and professionally.
