Strong Co-Founders with a vision and a mission Extremely talented and motivated teammates Product is 🔥 and has product market fit Solving an important problem in the B2B SaaS industry

Cons

As with any fast growing company, there will be growing pains (scaling product, hiring, etc.). Also, probably not the place to work if you want to optimize for WLB; just the nature of a Series A start up with a high performing team.

Constantly challenged but refreshed by the scope of work, the positive team culture, and the direction of the company from the co-founders.

Cons

Definitely hard work and long hours, but blame-free culture + amount of ownership help prevent the burnout you hear about from other industries.

Every single person on the team is kind and welcoming. I wake up excited to come in every day. The challenges are constantly changing, and a lot of what we're building has never been done before. We're signing new customers at a hyper-growth pace and it's incredible to see them use what we've built to power their platforms.

None! I really enjoy Merge.
