Product is very sticky. -my equity is going to be valuable!!! -People are passionate, growth mindset, smart, low ego, and dedicated to making Merge successful
Cons
-We are 5 days in office which is not for everyone. There is flexibility if you need to visit family, go to a wedding, go to the doctor, etc., but this can deter some people for sure.
