Depending on the store, the team and supervision can make your workday a breeze! High quality of products make them an easy sell to customers.

Cons

Not all stores are created equal: bad blood between coworkers/supervision can ruin a good work environment. The Lisbon adjacent stores lost a lot of the teamwork and goodwill that makes the Oporto stores the success they are, regardless of sales.
