Pros
Meraki has been one of the best places I've worked at - if you are someone beginning your career, this is a great place to begin. They really outline your career growth and help mentor you to build your skills - but getting promoted is another thing (see Cons). They try hard to integrate you with other teams and respect engineers that take initiative on projects, as they do operate with the feeling of a startup but backed by a large company.
Cons
It can be difficult to move up the career ladder, and you really need to fight for your promotions in order to feel validated for your work.
