      Pros

      Great product, great people, attainable quotas, great perks, great office.

      Cons

      Lack of ability to work from home despite having a cloud based product. Territories are being split more and more (naturally).

      Pros

      Free food, in the city, some smart people, lots of alcohol and parties but sometimes even that is not enough to retain quality people.

      Cons

      People like to believe that they are cooler than they really are. Silly superficial "hipster" crowd. Wannabe google type of environment and crowd but really just a cheap imitation. Product is ok but they can't compete from a real world technology perspective. Just another "flash in the pan" in a market destined to be dominated by other players.
