      Could Be A Lot Better

      Pros

      Free lunches and snacks. Great coffee bar. Certain people are great. Decent products.

      Cons

      Certain managers here need a lot of help on how to be "leaders". Promotions happens within so they don't implement anything new. Basically they're control by upper management. Quota is the same for everyone across the board regardless you have a good or bad territory. SUPER BRO ENVIRONMENT which gets pretty annoying. Territory splits happening left and right for the benefit of the company. Pay isn't that great.

      Pros

      Meraki has a great feel, your team becomes like a second family. Expect to work hard and be surrounded by people who were also the smartest person at their last job. Company events are frequent and fantastic.The right manager will help you get ahead and you'll have lots of opportunities to pick up new skills and get promoted.

      Cons

      Depending on your manager, your movement through the company can be very smooth or very hindered. Work/life balance is going to be skewed towards work.

      Pros

      Good money to be had in sales. The perks and beautiful office are really inspiring. I wish other places paid half as much attention to the working environment as Meraki does.

      Cons

      It's big enough now that the experience will vary a lot depending on what team you're on. My team was great. Others... not so much. They pay well but not as well as other companies in the Valley. It's getting pretty big and Cisco-ified. A few more years and they'll be pretty much interchangeable.
