Nice location. Free food and snack. fun activities

Cons

Inexperienced management in sales department. Most of the managers are hired from inside and they don’t have sufficient management skills and no training is provided to them.

Pros

You can always get free lunch , drinks and snacks. Fun events in office few times per year.

Cons

Support team is known to be the least appreciated team at Meraki. But unfortunately no action has been taken to recognize support team’s hard work. All Support engineers have to work at least 9-10 hours everyday to finish up their work. On top of that, support is expected to be available 24/7/365 and you’ll be scheduled to work at weekends and holidays. No opportunities to excel your career.
