      Pros

      - Meraki promotes collaboration, cares about your personal development, and invests in employee happiness. - Unique challenges surrounding acquisition, high growth, and global representation. - Leadership has put a lot of effort in keeping the culture they originally built out.

      Cons

      - While most managers take the time to care for and develop their employees, there are a few that do not align and need more coaching.

      Pros

      This organization is run like a well oiled machine. Its commitment to sell the best product of its kind and to work on maintaining the culture that helped us get to where we are at is phenomenal for an organization this sized. Best sales organization ive worked with and great benefits as well.

      Cons

      Because of Cisco's aggressive growth plan, reps are starting to work harder to achieve quota. If you are talented and up to the challenge, this is the best place to work. If you cant handle the pressure this may not be for you.

      Pros

      I have been working at Meraki in sales for over 2 years and still look forward to coming into work every day. The product is fantastic, making a fun and interesting line to sell. The people have become some of my best friends. Management is full of trained men and women who I see as mentors. I have a long and prosperous career here which I am grateful for.

      Cons

      I wish we could travel into our terrotories more often. Normally you can only go 2-3 times a year but I would prefer 4+.
