Great Job to Learn, but lacking in Movement and Compensation

Constantly learning and growing within my IT Career. As well, constantly meeting people and learning about other fields being challenged day by day. Worth it for the knowledge, growth, and networking you gain!

Cons

Compensation is not the highest. It is clear it is set this way, and there are plenty of benefits to balance this out. However, year over year, there is consistently no growth so far. Not necessarily a con, along with monetary growth, career opportunities can be hard to come by due to a large company, so be prepared to show above and beyond.

still learning the company but the main issue is the tug of war with cisco on autonomy.

• Supportive environment created by UK management- From onboarding, to day to day support, regular one to one and team meetings. There is a genuine care to help you progress in your career within Meraki or Cisco. • Great office, fun and friendly- Social atmosphere with an in office games room and regular events • Work with very talented people- Learn a lot and a strong culture of idea sharing and celebrating each other’s success within UK teams • Brilliant company perks and benefits- Health insurance for yourself and family, dental insurance, free breakfast and lunch with tons of snacks and drinks in the office, volunteer days etc. • COVID Work from home transition very well handled- regular check in’s from broader Cisco, Meraki wide, team based and individually with managers. Great Meraki wide remote activities put on for all employees including Gingerbread House building, pizza making, Christmas Wreath making and regular food and drinks treats sent to home addresses. • Travel (when permitted)- Two week trip to San Francisco for new hire onboarding is amazing and EoY trip to Vegas. • Sales target are challenging but achievable
