Pros

It is easy to develop routines. There is lots of opportunity to move up with the company. Helps shy people come out of their shell.

Cons

The job is hard on the body and is very repetitive to the point that you feel like a robot.

Pros

Fast-pace environment helped me with the ability to work under stress, while taking on multiple tasks at one given time.

Cons

One of the downsides is scheduling conflicts as there is a lot of employees. Sometimes the scheduling manager would confuse me with someone else.
