Pros

The work is easy enough, some of the customers can be pleasant. Free drinks.

Cons

Management treats you bad. if you do a horrible job you'll know about it. If you do a good job you'll never hear about it. There are rush times that can make the work go faster, but can be stressful when your managers are yelling at you. Customers have the potential to be awesome, but most of them will treat you with no respect.

Pros

The upper management does try to grant you the time off that you have requested. They are very serious about your training and making sure that you are knowledgeable on the process that they are looking for.

Cons

No 401K, no paid vacation and the only holiday you ever get off is Christmas!!!

Pros

Policies. Straightforward with expectaions. Streamlined/fool-proof. Upbeat. Free food and very good for students. Short shifts are easy to get. raises (small, but does help morale).

Cons

Embarrassing uniforms/ goofy hats. Some people might not like dealing with the public and/or children. Can get very noisy. There are rush times that may get stressful for some folks.
