Pros

I enjoy that there is a definite precise structure at McDonalds. There is a definite training track available and definite career paths.

Cons

There are at times long hours and training issues with the crew personnel. Scheduling crew is difficult with the amount of flux in the younger generation

Some of the downsides of working at McDonalds include not recieving regular raises, some stores make you pay full price for food, and you may not recieve the hours you expect.

Pros

It is a great place for people to learn basic management and customer service skills while earning a decent salary. You also get food discounts so that helps pay the bills.

Cons

Very, very fast paced most of the time. If you want to advance, don't ever miss work.
