Pros

They are very flexible with work hours. The opportunity to move up is always there.

Cons

I've worked at two different McDonalds in my life, and my advice is not to work at one located in an upper class neighborhood. The customers are extremely snoby, picky, and very quick to complain and call corporate over the smallest problems, even if they were easily resolved. Rich people will call corporate in order to not get charged for there bbq sauce. In lower class neighborhoods, they are completely understanding to the struggles you may come across. Cooler customers = less stress.

Pros

The pro to working at McDonald's is that it is your first job and need no experience to be hired.

Cons

- Treat employees like cattle - Spanish is spoken as the first language between employees - Horrible pay - Manager took very aggressive approach when I quit and started with threats against using her as a reference
