Pros

Best thing on Spain site is people there. A great team, plenty of highly qualified, experienced and clever people.

Cons

Adquired recently by Maxlinear(formerly Marvell Hispania). Suffered some restructurations in short time. Future will tell how restructurations affects design capabilities.

Pros

It was fun working with various capable engineers there.

Cons

The biased top management always favored/groomed a small group of people in their pocket and ignored/mistreated the people they don't like no matter what contributions those people made. Also they laid off people without justifiable causes.

Less number of employees who work efficiently. You get more responsibilities and good work. Get to work on almost all modules with varieties of tasks and issues to handle. Very less redundant work. Creative work environment which encourages learning. Good compensation/salary as per industry standard.

Cons

No training even for freshers. Put directly in to work. Critical time constraints for deliverables.
