      A lot of work and learning

      Cons

      Expectation of work way beyond office hours. No work life balance. Seniors have ego and not satisfactory in behavior. It's a small company and you may get exploited if your manger is not competent. Salaries are below standard. Your seniors steal your work and donot provide proper guidance to let you grow

      Pros

      Kishore is a visioner. He really knows where is the right direction to go. The company is a good place to new graduates and jr. careers, expecting lots instructions technical or not. Nice working environment, Reasonable salary and bonus.

      Cons

      Management was always the issue. Too many micro management from different levels to cut in while you were set to finished another task. Less experienced team leads and low/mid managers on projects’ schedule planning and executing. (Un-reasonable schedule leads to the very pushing deadline. It’s not just happened on a single project. It’s on all projects.) Do not fully trust your manager’s opinion/suggestion, especially, when there is no another manager around and willing to prove that it wasn’t your idea to do it this way. There are different fractions in this company and your manager won’t back you up if thing goes bad.

      I gave high praise to engineers there but very low grade to top management

      Pros

      It was fun working with various capable engineers there.

      Cons

      The biased top management always favored/groomed a small group of people in their pocket and ignored/mistreated the people they don't like no matter what contributions those people made. Also they laid off people without justifiable causes.
