Good people work in Israel office, professional and kind. Good location in Petah Tikva (easily accessible via train and bus). Interesting projects.

Cons

Management in the USA don't seem to manage properly the company. Their poor ability to predict the market is causing the company higher losses comparing to other companies in the same market.

Pros

Get to do state of the art design. Nice team and open discussion culture. Great place to learn the finer aspects of SoC design

Cons

Work pressure is sometimes extremely high. Resource allocation for projects is always done with lower people than required, thereby putting unnecessary pressure on people working. Employee facilities aren't great. There are no travel/food facilities to the employees and the management doesn't seem to bother about it. Pay is slightly lower compared to competitors.
