Pros

I literally have nothing positive to say about this compnay. It was the worst working experience of my life. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy apply for a job here.

Cons

Horrible company. Terrible benefits. Managers and founders have no idea what they are doing. Very toxic work environment. Lots of incompetent managers. No one is ever held accountable for thier actions.

Pros

Nice technology to work on

Cons

Disrespects and insults have been one way to prove that managers are "mature" and are worthy their position. They also use mind games, to prove you're not worthy and "clip your wings". Such cultures are not conducive of productivity. The leadership seems confused and clueless. No one seems to have clarity on the priorities of the projects, so every things needs to be done all at once. There is no long term vision. The same shows in team building and other aspects of the company. There is too much ego and pride which results in managers and leaders losing track of ground reality and aspiring for goals which are not realistic. Humility and honesty has disappeared

Pros

Smart group of Engineers Interesting Technologies

Cons

No sense of loyalty from management - They had laid off some of their brightest engineers who have been with the company since the beginning. The 16% of people who have "PhD's" won't let you forget it. Especially if you don't have one. Terrible work/life balance.
